About The Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive program-level QA/QC management systems across multiple data center projects.
- Establish and oversee quality governance frameworks, procedures, and reporting structures to ensure consistency and accountability.
- Drive alignment of quality standards among owners, contractors, design teams, and vendors.
- Monitor contractor performance, identify gaps, and lead improvement initiatives for ongoing project excellence.
- Support design reviews, procurement, commissioning, and turnover with a focus on continuous quality enhancement.
About You:
- 10+ years experience in construction, commissioning, or project delivery, including 7+ years leading quality initiatives.
- Proven success developing and maturing QA/QC systems at the project or organizational level.
- Strong knowledge of quality governance, processes, and stakeholder management in large programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in data center, industrial, or large commercial infrastructure.
- Familiarity with vendor audits and factory inspections.
- Certifications such as CQE, PMP, or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed to support project sites and stakeholder meetings.
