Job Title: Electrical Construction Manager
Location: Finland
Rate: Up to €80 per hour
Rotation: 10/4 or 3/1

Join a major data centre project in Finland, working with an established electrical contractor on a long-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of electrical packages, overseeing site teams, subcontractors and construction activities on a large-scale data centre development.
About You
-
Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager or Senior Electrical Site Manager on major construction projects.

Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV installations, power distribution, switchrooms and electrical infrastructure.

Experience managing electrical subcontractors, site teams and construction programmes.

Ability to coordinate electrical works with other MEP disciplines, ensuring delivery against programme, quality and safety requirements.

Confident interpreting technical drawings, managing site progress and resolving installation issues.

Strong leadership, communication and health & safety awareness.
Nice to Have Skills
Previous experience delivering data centre, mission-critical or large-scale industrial projects, particularly within Finland or the Nordics, would be highly beneficial.

Valid passport and right to work in Finland required.

Relevant electrical qualifications and site safety certifications.

Ability to work on a 10/4 or 3/1 rotation.

Previous experience working with Finnish electrical contractors or familiarity with local site requirements would be advantageous.
