Data Centre Supervisor
Location: Feltham
Salary: Circa £55-60K

The Role:

We’re seeking a hands-on, technically skilled leader to supervise Data Centre operations at a 24/7 facility. Ideal for a senior shift engineer or team leader ready to step up, this role supports operational excellence and prepares candidates for future Data Centre Manager roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop operational teams to meet and exceed service standards

• Oversee MEP operations, ensuring safety and compliance with industry best practices

• Manage incidents, changes, and technical problem-solving processes

• Support construction, projects, and remote monitoring services

• Deliver professional, clear communication and drive innovation

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Data Centre operations; strong M&E systems knowledge

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Comfortable in high-pressure environments

Preferred:

• 2+ years in a managerial role

• Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical)
