Overview:
As the Commercial Lead, you will play a key role in driving financial and contractual success for a significant project in Finland. Required Skills:

• Proven experience in a senior commercial role within large-scale construction projects, ideally £100M+
• Strong knowledge of MEP, CSA, or mixed construction disciplines
• Excellent contract management and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and risk assessment
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant commercial experience in large infrastructure projects
• Proven track record in managing projects within the UK, EU, or similar markets

• Applicants must hold UK or EU passports for visa/permit purposes
• Willingness to participate in a 10/4 rotation schedule
• Valid driving license with access to a hire car for work and personal use
• Willing to travel internationally; flights and accommodation are paid
