Job Title: Data Center Shift Lead
Location: Hayes, UK
Shifts: Continental Pattern
Salary: £55K-£60K
Sector: Data Centre Solutions – Critical Work Environment

Role Purpose:
Lead electrical maintenance and fault resolution across a critical Data Center campus, ensuring operational uptime and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance

• Own emergency lighting and testing schedules

• Quote and deliver small electrical works

• Supervise subcontractors and ensure health & safety compliance

• Support the management team in delivering high-quality, client-focused services

• Escalate urgent issues and respond to emergencies

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Strong electrical background with critical environment experience

• BS7671 18th Edition, City & Guilds 2391/2395, First Aid certified

• Good mechanical knowledge and commercial awareness

• Experience managing permits and supervising teams

• Proficient in IT and customer communications

• Knowledge of Data Center operations

Desirable:

• IOSH/NEBOSH H&S certifications

• AP15/AP14 (HV/LV)

• City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing)
