Position: Mechanical Construction Manager
Location: Bracknell, UK
Project: Data Centre Fit-Out
Start: Mid-June
Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for permanent opportunity)
Package: £450 – £550 per day (Outside IR35)

Requirements
Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager, Mechanical Supervisor, or Mechanical Package Lead on large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres or mission-critical environments
Strong background managing mechanical plant, HVAC systems, and associated equipment installation
Expertise in subcontractor management, overseeing site delivery, sequencing, and programme coordination
Solid understanding of QA/QC standards, technical documentation, and commissioning support
Ability to lead on-site mechanical works, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure safety and quality compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills
Mechanical trade background or relevant engineering qualifications essential
Available to start in mid-June and commit to the project duration
