About The Role:
- Lead and manage all QA/QC activities for hyperscale electrical data center projects in Indiana
- Oversee inspection, testing, documentation, and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality standards are met
- Mentor and coordinate QA/QC field and office personnel
- Support project closeout, turnover, and commissioning processes
About You:
- Solid background in electrical QA/QC management on large construction projects
- Proven experience with data center or mission critical facilities
- Strong understanding of electrical systems installation and testing procedures
- Leadership skills to build and oversee QA/QC teams
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working on hyperscale or internet data center projects
- Familiarity with commissioning, turnover processes, and related technologies
- Exposure to high-value electrical construction environments
- Knowledge of industry standards such as NFPA, NEC, and ASTM
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel or relocate to Indiana as needed
- Relevant certifications in electrical or QA/QC management are a plus
