About The Role:

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical activities on site.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and other stakeholders.
• Supervise onsite technicians and subcontractors.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Lead or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Flexibility to work a rotation schedule.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in Finland or similar European countries.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards.
• Additional language skills.

Other Requirements:

• EU passport preferred or valid UK work permit.
