What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Mechanical Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards. Here’s a glimpse of your exciting responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive understanding of design specs, drawings, and quality requirements to effectively plan and execute project works.
• Collaboration: Attend internal meetings to provide updates on your package, addressing issues, risks, and opportunities for mitigation.
• BIM Coordination: Work with our BIM Team to create detailed drawings and ensure vendor equipment aligns with construction requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support engineering and liaise with key project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
• Supervision: Oversee sub-contractor works hands-on, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety, and quality standards.
• Compliance: Ensure all works are in line with project drawings, specifications, and safety requirements. Manage material deliveries and installation inspections efficiently.
• Quality Control: Lead inspections to address any issues or snags early, ensuring clean client inspections and high-quality results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a Mechanical Supervisor with a solid background in mechanical systems, preferably within a data centre environment.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Knowledge: Expertise in mechanical systems and a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.
