Location: Hybrid – Buffalo, NY (Must be able to travel to other US location psot project completion)
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 annually

About The Role:
- Provide strategic technical oversight for MEP systems across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover phases.
- Review and validate design documents, specifications, and vendor submittals to ensure system performance and integration.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve field challenges.
- Support commissioning readiness by verifying system performance, documentation, and owner acceptance.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure project standards, safety, and long-term operability.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field with 8+ years of related experience.
- Proven expertise in mission-critical environments with strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, and system integration.
- Skilled in design review, risk assessment, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with construction management software like Procore, BIM 360, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, lead teams, and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certifications such as NFPA 70E, OSHA, or equivalent.
- Experience with AI-driven workflows or emerging technologies in MEP systems.
- Knowledge of international standards and advanced commissioning procedures.
Other Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to travel 75-100% across the U.S., and be open to relocation.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments including tight spaces and outdoor conditions.
