Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: London, United Kingdom

This role involves overseeing cost management and financial control for hyperscale data centre projects, with a focus on CSA contractor duties and enabling/site preparation works, including blasting, crushing, and backfill. Projects range from €12 million to €80 million, primarily in Helsinki and Vaasa, with base operations in Helsinki. Flights and accommodation is provided if required on rotation.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or data centre projects
• Proven experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration
• Knowledge of hyperscale data centre construction standards and practices
• Strong communication and coordination skills in international project environments
• Experience working on European or Scandinavian projects
• Familiarity with blasting, crushing, and backfill works
• Ability to manage multi-million euro packages effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
