We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Superintendent to join a dynamic team delivering cutting-edge data center projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with an electrical background who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Lead subcontractors and field personnel on-site, ensuring top-quality execution.
• Maintain a strong safety culture aligned with company policies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Prepare and update project schedules using computerized scheduling software.
• Assist in subcontractor selection and buyout processes.
• Coordinate workflow among multiple subcontractors’ teams.
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers, engineers, and internal teams.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and timely.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering positive jobsite relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of project superintendent experience, with a proven background in data center construction.
• Strong electrical background required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn project-specific software.
• Willingness to travel or relocate for project needs.
• Availability for a 6-day work week (Monday-Saturday).
