Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a commercial role within large-scale construction projects (£100M+)
- Strong understanding of CSA and/or MEP scope and contract management
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Ability to interpret and manage contractual documents and variations
- Proficiency in industry-standard QS tools and software
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior quantity surveying role on large-scale projects

- Applicants must hold UK or EU passports for visa or permit processing
- Willingness to participate in a 10/4 rotation schedule
- Valid driving license with access to a hire car for work and personal use
- Ability to travel internationally; flights and accommodation are paid
