About The Role:
- Oversee daily on-site civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities across multiple buildings.
- Review and validate construction schedules, prepare forecasts, and lead schedule coordination meetings.
- Manage vendor schedules, equipment lifecycle, and commissioning timelines.
- Review change orders, approve pay applications, and analyze value-engineering proposals.
- Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- PMP, CCM, or PE license is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Data Center, Semiconductor, or Laboratory facilities.
- Knowledge of GMP processes or vendor management experience.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with authorities.
- Willingness to travel or work on-site as needed.
