About The Role:
- Serve as the job site advocate ensuring construction standards, quality, schedule, and scope are met
- Lead proactive risk management and quality issue resolution during design, procurement, and construction phases
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to maintain clear communication and adherence to quality standards
- Review documentation including drawings, submittals, and RFIs for quality compliance
- Ensure project readiness for commissioning by verifying all pre-functional checklists and documentation
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or controls systems in mission-critical environments
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, codes, and industry trends
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and digital tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certifications such as OSHA or NFPA 70E
- Experience with AI-enabled digital workflows or innovative project management methods
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel extensively across the U.S.
- Ability to relocate if necessary.
