About The Role:

• Serve as Owner’s Representative managing tenant fit-out construction activities within a newly built data center.
• Oversee scopes including white space build-out, power/mechanical distribution, equipment installation, and system tie-ins.
• Coordinate between owner, general contractor, tenant teams, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor schedule milestones, quality standards, safety, and performance of contractors and subcontractors.
• Support testing, commissioning, punch list completion, and project turnover to operations.

About You:

• Proven experience managing tenant fit-out or data center construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and AV systems within data centers.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to review technical submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules and identify risks proactively.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or related construction/project management credentials.
• Experience working with commissioning agents and system integration.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel locally as needed within project sites.
