About The Role:

• Manage daily client relationships, acting as the primary contact for site teams and stakeholders
• Drive site adoption of the AR platform, embedding it into daily workflows to improve project delivery
• Translate field insights into clear reports for senior leadership and project teams
• Identify early risks to client satisfaction and work proactively to resolve issues
• Support growth by fostering strong relationships and sharing client feedback to shape product development

About You:

• Extensive construction delivery experience in Electrical Engineering, CSA, Project Controls, or Commissioning
• Credibility with field teams coupled with strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites
• Curious about technology and eager to learn how it can improve construction processes
• Resilient, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with AR/VR or construction tech solutions
• Previous client-facing roles in construction technology companies

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently
