With a significant pipeline of hyperscale projects secured across Europe, the business is continuing to grow its leadership team to support the delivery of some of the largest and most technically challenging projects in the EMEA region.
The role
Due to continued growth, the business is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join a flagship hyperscale data centre project in the Netherlands.
The project consists of 3 high-rise towers, and this role will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of one 18-storey tower from construction through to completion. Working as the lead Project Manager for your tower, you will oversee all construction activities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, programme, quality and safety, while ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Could this role be for you?
- 10+ years’ experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
- Proven experience delivering high-rise projects as a Project Manager or Senior Contracts Manager, ideally having successfully led 4-5 high-rise developments from start to finish.
- Strong background in RC frame, heavy civils and large-scale structural construction.
- Data centre experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates from high-rise residential, commercial or mixed-use construction will be strongly considered.
- Excellent leadership, programme management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead large site teams and multiple subcontractors.
- An EU passport would be preferred, however exceptional UK-based candidates will also be considered, with visa sponsorship available for the right individual.
