What You’ll Do:
As our Electrical Project Manager (OFCI), you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) packages, ensuring seamless integration and outstanding project outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage: Be the key interface with client-appointed vendors, overseeing and coordinating OFCI packages to meet project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate and Support: Manage the OFCI team, ensuring that engineering, planning, and installation are executed flawlessly. Liaise with key stakeholders to support engineering, programme, and commissioning needs.
- Drive Progress: Lead weekly meetings with clients and vendors, report on progress, and tackle issues and risks head-on to keep projects on track.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain high standards of client security and confidentiality, mitigate contract disputes, and provide technical expertise and guidance.
- Manage Deliverables: Ensure that all vendor equipment and installations align with construction requirements and project schedules.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 10+ years working with M&E contractors, with substantial experience managing large-scale projects.
- Qualifications: Qualified Electrical Engineer with a proven track record in technical leadership and project management.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in systems software related to engineering functions.
- Leadership: Ability to oversee complex projects and manage diverse teams effectively.
