What You’ll Do:
As our Electrical Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering complex electrical projects from start to finish. You will lead, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Productivity: Lead the team by implementing weekly and daily work plans to maximize productivity.
• Design & Coordination: Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Supervision: Monitor the progress of ongoing electrical installations, ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently met.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
• Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of the electrical installation, from labour tracking to safety compliance and budget control.
• Leadership: Lead the project management team, providing direction, support, and problem-solving expertise to keep the project on track.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale electrical projects. Data centre experience is a plus!
• Engineering Background: While an engineering background is preferred, recent experience in managing large contracts is essential.
• Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work well with teams, clients, and subcontractors, driving successful project outcomes.
