About The Role:
- Manage onsite electrical operations ensuring safety, quality, and timeline adherence
- Data Centre experience required
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to meet project objectives
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Maintain health and safety standards across all site activities
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to site personnel
About You:
- Proven experience in electrical site management or as a lead on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical engineering or management
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in Finland or Northern European projects
- Experience working on Data Centre or similar mission critical projects
Other Requirements:
- Ability to commit to the specified rotation schedule
- Valid EU passport or right to work in Finland
