    Your Role:
    As our new Mechanical Construction Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering on promises.
    • Project Oversight: Prepare detailed method statements and risk assessments, and ensure all HVAC deliverables meet safety and project criteria.
    • Team Coordination: Work closely with the project team to schedule and install pipework efficiently, ensuring timely project completion.
    • Commercial Management: Validate project estimates, oversee procurement of equipment, and manage specialist subcontractors and suppliers.
    • Documentation & Costing: Document and cost changes, prepare monthly valuations, and manage the final account.
    • Schedule Management: Maintain a two-week look ahead and ensure that labour requirements align with the project program.
    • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of work and subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and specifications.
    • Compliance & Safety: Address health and safety issues, implement improvements, and ensure that all materials and plant are properly managed and secured.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Qualifications: A relevant Mechanical Qualification (e.g., B. Eng Degree, City & Guilds, HNC/BTEC, or NVQ) is essential.
    • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a Mechanical and Electrical contracting environment is desirable, with data centre experience being a plus.
    • Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
