Required Skills

• Extensive experience managing MEP projects specifically within data centre environments.
• Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in critical infrastructure settings.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications relevant to data centre MEP systems.
• Experience with chiller systems, HVAC upgrades, or other critical cooling solutions in data centres.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing MEP projects with a focus on data centres or similarly critical infrastructure.
