We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee cost management, budgets, and procurement for high-value data centre projects in West London. If you have a strong background in site-based cost control within large-scale infrastructure and enjoy working on innovative, technically complex projects, this is the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Need:

• Approximately 5 years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, with proven expertise in data centre or similar large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and on-site project oversight
• Ability to work on-site five days a week, with flexibility for one day
• UK-based with the right to work or valid work authorisation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with projects valued around £220M or more
• Familiarity with the specifics of data centre development and infrastructure sectors
• Proficiency with cost control software and reporting tools
• Experience conducting in-person interviews involving senior stakeholders

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in quantity surveying, construction management, or related fields
• Prior experience working on data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects in London or similar markets

Other Requirements:

• Valid UK work authorisation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and site teams in a fast-paced environment
