About The Role:
- Lead and oversee large-scale construction and design projects ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets are met
- Coordinate detailed planning meetings with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project momentum
- Manage inspections, QA/QC processes, and safety oversight to uphold high standards
- Track project progress, prepare weekly reports, and facilitate project meetings to ensure timely execution
- Handle design coordination, permit processes, and project closeouts for seamless delivery
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in design or construction, especially in labs, semiconductor, data center, or critical facility projects
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or PE are a plus
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with GMP buyouts and VE analysis
- Background in vendor and schedule management for complex projects
Other Requirements:
- Valid professional licenses or certifications
- Prior experience managing permit and AHJ inspections
