Electrical Project Manager – Data Center Construction
A leading electrical construction team is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all administrative and field activities on a fast-paced data center project.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong project management skills, the ability to maintain stakeholder relationships, and a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the construction of the project in accordance with plans, schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor subcontractors and field personnel on-site.
- Ensure project safety in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage project schedule, budget, and staffing.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software; prepare two-week look-ahead plans.
- Assist with subcontractor selection and project buyout.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve schedules, and enhance project quality.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant (daily logs, submittals, closeout documents, etc.).
- Review and enforce all contract terms and obligations.
- Adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures while fostering a high-performing team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of construction project management experience (electrical experience preferred).
- Experience leading teams, mentoring, and developing talent.
- Data center project experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Desire to collaborate and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software (Procore, JDE, Bluebeam, scheduling software, etc.).
- Willingness to travel or relocate based on project needs.
- Ability to work a Monday-Saturday schedule (58 hours/week).
