What You’ll Do:

* Lead project controls, cost monitoring, and schedule management
* Manage project risk and ensure compliance with scope, quality, and deadlines
* Collaborate with project teams to optimize workflows and financial performance
* Review project schedules, forecasts, and cost projections
* Participate in preconstruction planning, including constructability reviews
* Identify value engineering and scope reduction opportunities
* Maintain strong on-site presence and positive team relationships

What We’re Looking For:

* 7+ years in construction project management, project controls, or scheduling
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar tools
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
* Willingness to work 6 days per week (Monday-Saturday)
* LEAN principles experience is a plus
