About The Role:

• Support and lead project teams on various complex projects, ensuring technical excellence.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders, providing updates on project timelines and budgets.
• Manage change orders efficiently and track project documentation.
• Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Interpret plans and specifications, analyze project changes, and resolve technical questions.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in systems design such as HVAC or plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing plans and system operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in CADD and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications in engineering or project management.
• Experience in estimating project impacts and managing procurement.
• Familiarity with project management software.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel or relocate.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
