About The Role:
- Manage and lead multiple large construction projects, including process piping and HVAC systems
- Develop strategies to ensure project delivery, budget adherence, and schedule achievement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Mentor and coach Project Managers and Engineers to foster professional growth
- Oversee project financials, reports, change orders, and progress tracking
About You:
- 15+ years of experience in mid to large-sized MEP construction projects with HVAC expertise
- Strong knowledge of systems design such as HVAC, plumbing, and related engineering
- Proven ability to manage multiple large projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with process piping and complex HVAC systems
- Familiarity with latest construction industry trends and innovations

- Ability to travel during the week or relocate with a comprehensive package for the right candidate
