About The Role:
- Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
- Coordinate with field teams, tradespeople, and stakeholders to meet project milestones
- Manage project financials, forecasts, and resource allocation
- Implement Lean principles to improve construction efficiency and quality
- Develop lasting customer relationships that promote repeat business
About You:
- 7-10+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects, preferably on MEP or process piping projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, and construction processes
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Design/Build or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methods
- Familiarity with Lean Construction tools and strategies
- Experience in project management software and financial tracking
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel during the week with a home base on weekends or relocate (relocation package available for the right candidate)
