Electrical QA/QC Manager
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Rate: $70 – $90 Per Hour

About The Role:
- Lead and manage all QA/QC activities for hyperscale data center projects
- Oversee quality assurance of electrical installations, testing, and turnover procedures
- Coordinate inspections, documentation, and ensure compliance with project standards
- Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Mentor and supervise QA/QC field and office personnel
About You:
- Proven experience in electrical QA/QC management within electrical contracting
- Background in data center or mission-critical project environments
- Strong leadership skills to build and oversee QA/QC teams
- Good understanding of electrical systems installation and testing processes
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients and stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with large-scale electrical or mission-critical projects
- Familiarity with hyperscale commissioning and turnover processes
- Exposure to large-scale electrical project coordination
- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with OEM/equipment-only environments
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel or relocate initially to South Carolina for approximately 6 months
- Prior experience in electrical contracting for large data center or mission-critical facilities
