About The Role:
- Lead and manage Site Engineers and Regional Leads across multiple US sites, setting KPIs and driving performance.
- Own training programs, SOPs, and onboarding processes to ensure operational readiness and team certification.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring strict adherence to standards and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to plan resource allocation and manage utilization during rapid growth.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable process enhancements.
About You:
- Proven experience leading large operational teams of 20+ across multiple sites, preferably in construction or field services.
- Strong background in KPI-driven performance management, SOP development, and process optimization.
- Deep understanding of Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, or Performance Engineering.
- Comfortable with extensive US travel and thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent communicator who is data-driven and results-focused.
