About The Role:
- Manage electrical scope across all project phases, from design to construction and commissioning
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to define power strategies and system requirements
- Oversee electrical design review, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and on-site construction activities
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, commissioning, and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor team members and ensure safe, high-quality project delivery
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5-10+ years of experience in electrical design, project engineering, or construction management
- Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, backup power, NFPA, NEC, IEEE, and applicable codes
- Proven experience with large data center or mission-critical projects
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with third-party commissioning agents
- Knowledge of digital or automation systems in energy projects
- Familiarity with sustainable energy technologies
Other Requirements:
- Onsite presence in Piketon, OH
- Valid electrical licensure is a plus
