Location: Flexible US (Hybrid/Remote considered)
Salary: $190,000 – $230,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

About The Role:
- Build and lead an enterprise-level Procurement Engineering organization.
- Develop supplier qualification and technical evaluation processes.
- Own Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and supplier quality programs.
- Lead supplier audits and manufacturing assessments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, and Supply Chain teams to drive technical governance.
About You:
- 12+ years in Procurement Engineering, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or Technical Procurement.
- Deep knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure, data centers, or utilities.
- Experience with electrical or mechanical infrastructure equipment.
- Proven leadership in supplier qualification, FAT/SAT programs, and quality management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at the executive level.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working on large AI or hyperscale data center projects.
- Willingness to travel to supplier facilities and project sites.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to manage international supplier relationships.
